PWSC Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  •  A full refund will be provided if, written/email request for withdrawal from the PWSC has been received by the PWSC Registrar by April 1st, 2017.
  •  A refund, less $50 (OSA Registration/Insurance fee and Field Expansion Fee), will be provided if a written request/email for withdrawal from the PWSC has been received between April 1st – May 10th 2017, by the PWSC Registrar.
  • NO refunds will be issued after the first game of the season is played (with the exception of players on the wait list who do not get placed on a team)
  • NSF Cheques will be charged full amount plus $25 administration fee (bank charges) and player must then pay in cash. Player will have 14 days upon notification to pay. If not paid within 14 days, player will forfeit their spot on the team.
